Your WaterFurnace Synergy3 system provides superior comfort and remarkable
performance from day one by integrating radiant floor heating (and the comfort
it provides) with the benefits of geothermal technology. Compared to ordinary
furnaces or boilers, Synergy3 creates a whole new world of home comfort, with
forced-air heating and cooling to ducted zones and hot water for radiant floor
zones. If you've never experienced this total home comfort, you're in for a
treat.
Radiant floor systems use a series of tubes encased in the floor. By
circulating hot water through this tubing, the room is comfortably warmed.
Because the floor acts as a giant radiator, you'll experience head-to-toe
comfort throughout the room. Floors covered in tile, wood, vinyl or stone stay
toasty, even on the coldest days. Synergy3 also heats with forced air through
the duct system. Set your thermostats, relax and enjoy warm, consistent
temperatures throughout your home.
During the cooling season, the system will automatically reverse to provide
cool, dehumidified air for air conditioning through the duct system. Quietly and
efficiently—with no noisy outdoor unit to detract from the peacefulness of your
backyard—Synergy3 allows you to enjoy your home, inside and out.
And because this system uses geothermal technology, you can be assured of low
energy costs, minimal maintenance, long equipment life and quiet operation.

your peace of mind. The system comes standard with 10-year, all-internal-parts
