Q. What is the terms of payment on service
calls?
A. For all customers who do not have an
in house
account, payment should be made in full when the service is finished. If
you have an established in house account, payment is due within 10 days of the
invoice date. All accounts 30 days past due are subject to a service charge of
1.75% per month.
Q. How do I open an
in house account?
A. We simply need for you to sign a simple form
for us to investigate your credit background. All credit information is held in
confidence. If you are denied credit, we are required by law to notify you of
the reason for denial. Residential accounts usually can be opened within
30 minutes. Commercial accounts can take several days.
Q. If I sign a contract for you to do work in my home, do I have to pay in
advance for the work?
A. The answer is
"it depends". When you sign a contract for us to do
work in your home, your credit worthiness is verified by credit reporting agencies.
All contracts that do not require payment before work begins are subject to
credit approval. If credit is denied, we will ask you to pay in advance for work
that is to be done. The vast majority of Sunbelt customers that contract for work
in their home do not pay for work in advance.
