Questions about Service Agreements...

Q. What is a service agreement?

A. Service agreements actually can vary quite a lot. The most common type of service agreement we have is a Preventative Maintenance Agreement. Preventative maintenance agreements are just what the name implies. In other words, all of the normal maintenance is covered under the agreement.

Q. Why should I keep my equipment under a Preventative Maintenance Agreement?

A. Beside the fact that all of your preventative maintenance is taken care of, there is many other benefits to having a PM agreement. First of all, you get priority service from our service department if your equipment is under a PM agreement. In other words, when it is hot out, you will be on top of the list for service. And if that is not reason enough, if you ever need any repair work done at any time, you receive a 10% discount off of our normal labor rates. Look at it this way, at the beginning of the season we check your equipment, clean it and make sure it is ready to go. That means that you probably wont have to see us on a really hot day (or a really cold one). But if you do, you will be on top of our list for priority service and you will receive a 10% discount on labor. How can you beat that?

Q. If the equipment you sell is good equipment, why do I need a PM Agreement?

A Yes, we feel that we sell the highest quality equipment available, but just like your car, it requires regular service to keep in working top notch and extend its life. Filter changes and cleaning is something that is required to keep your equipment in top notch shape.
