Why
clean ducts?
Your
duct system is a perfect place for mold, mildew and fungi to exist. Air
born mold spores and dust are a major source of aggravation for allergy
sufferers. There is a way to safely clean and sanitize your ductwork. We
first clean your ducts with the patented Rotobrush. The Rotobrush safely
scrubs the inside of your duct system to loosen dirt and dust particles
while its powerful HEPA vacuum whisks the debris away. Your ductwork is
then sanitized with Oxine®(AD), an EPA approved duct
sanitizer and deodorizer that will kill a broad spectrum of
microorganisms (Oxine sanitizing is an optional service). The
most significant feature of Oxine®(AD)
is the low toxicity and safety of the product. Oxine®(AD)
concentrate has been assigned an acute toxicity rating of Category III
by the EPA. This requires the Oxine®(AD)
to carry only a precautionary statement of "Caution".

chief concern that many homeowners have is making sure that the duct
cleaning services will actually be done. After all, you can't see the
inside of the duct system after the duct cleaning company leaves your
home. We have solved that problem. We have a full color cameral
mounted on the cleaning head of the Rotobrush equipment. We can even
video tape the entire process (this is great for homeowners who need to
get their ductwork cleaned while they are away or at work.) We never
charge extra for video confirmation of our work.
