Preventative maintenance
agreements are one of the best money savers that SUNBELT offers our
customers. For residential customers, we schedule all of your
preventative maintenance for you at a fixed price. In other words, we
keep your equipment running in tip top shape, so it lasts longer. In
today's busy world, it is easy to forget to check the furnace filter,
but with a Preventative Maintenance agreement from SUNBELT, we do all
the work for you. And if that's not enough, we will give you 10% off
of your labor charges if you have to have us out any other times to
repair your system (you probably wont need us though, because before
the extreme demands hit your heating and cooling equipment, we will
have already been to your home and cleaned and checked your system).

check. This is a great service for any homeowner or landlord. |
